Artronauting BioArt Workshop
The “social amoeba” slime mould is a tiny protozoa without a brain, but with surprising intelligence and behaviour. As a model organism in many fields of science, this entity can also help us as a creative co-actor to shake anthropocentric thought structures and make us aware of our “kinship” to more-than-human entities. The workshop invites you to create your own artistic project by getting contaminated and inspired by the slimy rhythms with the help of a self-built Biodata MIDI module.
